Tuesday, September 12
0900 – 1600 | Exhibitor Move-in*
1000 – 1700 | Registration Open
1700 – 1900 | Welcome Social and VIP Exhibit Hall Tour**
Wednesday, September 13
0830 – 1600 | Registration Open
0900 – 1600 | Exhibit Hall Open
Thursday, September 14
0830 – 1400 | Registration Open
0900 – 1400 | Exhibit Hall Open
1400 – 1800 | Exhibitor Move-out***
* Please review post access procedures prior to travel
** Open to attendees by invite only; exhibitors are strongly encouraged to be set up by 1700 for the VIP Tour.
*** All carriers must check-in no later than 1600, on Thursday, September 14. All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit hall floor by 1800, on Thursday, September 14. Heritage will begin redirecting all outbound freight not claimed by appointed freight carriers to the preferred show carrier at 1600.

Exhibitor Registration
Please note: Fort Leonard Wood requires all participants’ contact and driver’s license information for review prior to arrival on post. All participants are required to present a valid photo ID before picking up your badge onsite.
Two (2) exhibitor badges are included with each 8' x 10' booth. Additional badges may be purchased for $50, which will be invoiced to the exhibiting company.
