Register for Access

Please note: Fort Leonard Wood requires all participants’ contact and driver’s license information for review prior to arrival on post. All participants are required to present a valid photo ID before picking up your badge onsite.

Exhibitors: please do not register your booth staff below. Registering through the exhibitor registration form ensures your staff receives exhibitor badges, which are required to gain access to the exhibit hall during move in, move out, and off-hours. Exhibitor registration is available on the Exhibitor Resources page.

Cancellation Policy​

Cancellations received in writing by Friday, August 11, 2023 will be refunded in full. After Friday, August 11, 2023, there are no refunds and registrants are obligated to pay 100% of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or payment status. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Show Policies​

  • All participants are required to present a valid photo ID before picking up your badge onsite.

  • No one under the age of 18 will be admitted in the exhibit hall or in classrooms.

  • By registering for DLEI Expo, you consent to The Bridge Group's collection and storage of the data on the registration form.

  • Registration and attendance at or participation in DLEI Expo meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to The Bridge Group's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, or audiotapes of such.

  • Due to the sensitive nature of products and displays at the show, professional photography and/or video recording of any booth by any attendee/exhibitor personnel is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth/product is being photographed/videotaped and all individuals appearing in the photograph or video.
